Hi Jeff, is it the abnormal structure at the egde of Voo's tail caused by starvation at the early birth? I have 1 similar to this condition too.
Hi vee,It is quite normal for juveniles to have broken feather vanes. It is mostly due to wear and tear especially during the initial stage of learning to fly properly in a captive environment.
